Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Partnership Support + Operations Coordinator based in Boulder, CO or the surrounding area.
- Creating and sending out contracts and contract addendums
- Tracking of all outstanding contracts / addendums
- Follow up on contracts within 3-5 business days
- Organizing and loading contracts into our systems
- Documenting all contract coverage additions or changes internally in our files
- Sending out Green Spoon materials to potential clients
- Support Onboarding of New Clients or Expanding Clients within the organization
- Maintain a high level of engagement with current & potential clients
- Support the Green Spoon team with all contract questions and help find solutions when needed
- Self-motivated

- Strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Zoom
- Ability to multitask and function in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in organic food and products
- Must have reliable transportation to get store to store and carry samples
- Must have valid driver's license and proof of car insurance
- Must own a smartphone and computer to perform duties
- Green Spoon supplies Microsoft Office Suite
- Natural food and grocery experience required
